On December 5, 2023, CYGNUS with YEASEN Biotech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as YEASEN) signed a strategic cooperation agreement to carry out in-depth cooperation on domestic high-throughput gene sequencing products in the fields of Oncology, Pathogenic Microorganisms, Reproductive Health, Environmental and Food Safety, and Scientific Research Services.
